At PLUGPLAY Hemp, we want you to feel as good as our fabrics make you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
